On December 12, 2022 AD, the Board of Directors of Bidaya Home Finance Company "Bidaya" approved the appointment of Mr.Mahmoud bin Salim Dahduli as CEO of the company, effective March 1, 2023 AD.

Dahduli holds a Masters degree in Islamic banking from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom and has served in a variety of leadership positions during his tenure of more than 18 years, the most recent being CEO of Alrajhi Takaful Company.

Mahmoud Dahduli expressed his gratitude and appreciation for being appointed as CEO of Bidaya Home Finance Company, and thanked the Board of Directors for their trust, emphasizing that he would strive to achieve the company's strategic objectives regarding the growth of the financing sector and its product diversity.
