Complaint

Acknowledgment:

1) I declare that I am the complainant, or his legal agent under a valid power of attorney, and in case of any change in that, I shall notify the Customer Protection Department.

2) I acknowledge the validity of all data, information and documents provided, and I commit to update them if they change, and I accept communication accordingly.

3) All correspondences and notifications sent by the Customer Care Unit to any of the addresses registered with it under the complaint are considered a regular notification with its effects.

4) I pledge that in the event of a violation of any of the previous clauses, I will bear all the legal measures taken against me, and I will be fully responsible for any damage resulting from that.
